Mistakes happen, even in careful journalism. When they do at riderstimes.com, we believe in fixing them transparently. Here is our approach to corrections.
Reporting a Mistake
If you spot a factual error in any of our content, please let us know. Use our Contact page and provide:
- The title or link of the article
- The specific statement you believe is inaccurate
- The correct information, and a source if you have one
What We Do
Every request is reviewed without delay. Where we confirm a mistake, we correct it quickly, and significant corrections are noted on the article itself so readers know what changed and when.
Our Commitment
Hiding mistakes by quietly deleting content is not how we work. Corrections that materially alter an article’s meaning are disclosed transparently; small typo fixes may not carry a formal note.
How We Label Changes
Not every change is the same, so we label them clearly:
- Correction — used when we publish something factually inaccurate
- Clarification — used when content is accurate but could be misunderstood
- Update — used when we add new information to a developing story
Questions
