Stranger Things is the most phenomenal series Netflix has ever released. The show takes place in the late 1970’s to early 1980’s in a town called Hawkins and is based around supernatural activity.  

It all starts with a middle school friend group. One day, one of their friends goes missing. After the mysterious and sudden vanishing of the young boy, people in the small town begin to uncover secrets of a government lab, portals to another world and sinister monsters.  

One of the characters in the friend group, Dustin Henderson, is a hilarious character in Stranger Things. He’s considered a “nerd” in the show, but he brings excitement as well. Another character is a girl named Eleven. She’s a mysterious girl who is new to Hawkins. Eleven is a significant and strong character and is basically the key to everything that is going on throughout all 4 seasons. Everything always comes back to her.  

Netflix released Season 4, Volume 1 of Stranger Things on May 27. I would say this season was beyond me, by far the best season that has been made yet! When you first start to watch the show, you might think it’s just weird and very strange but as you watch each episode you become more and more addicted. Once you get to Season 4, it will all make sense and everything will be tied together as to why so many strange things are happening in the small town of Hawkins. It will literally blow your mind! 

I spent one day rewatching Season 3, then for two days I reveled in watching all of Season 4. I was up till about 1 a.m. and could not stop watching. Stranger things is a series that is worth it all!
